Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings State Park
Hours of Operation:
The park is open every day from 9am to 5pm
Admission to the park is $3.00 per vehicle, payable at the parking area.
Staff and volunteers offer tours of the Rawlings house.
* There are no tours of the house given in August and September.
Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park
The Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park is located on CR 325 in Cross Creek, about 20 miles south of Gainesville, Florida. From Gainesville, take US 441 south to CR 346 east, then turn south on CR325 and follow signs to Cross Creek. Or take I-75 south to the Micanopy exit and follow signs to CR346 and CR325. From Hawthorne, take US301 south to CR325 west to the site.
Guided Tours are offered from October through July

**No Tours on Christmas and Thanksgiving.
**Tours are suspended during August and September so staff can perform necessary preservation projects.
Groups larger than 15 are encouraged to make a rervation for Tuesday or Wednesday
